So my Feb. show was wonderful. I am so thankful the I worked with Divora Entertainment in Denver. They loved my stuff so much that they have offered to do my launching show. No pressure right? So do to that I am now planning my line. I have no idea how much I will be able to do on my own! but my goal will be 20 ensembles. The problem is, is that I always love a challenge and nothing is ever good enough so I keep working on pieces until they are so complicated that when it is done I have spent 20 to 40 hours on one piece! The suede print dress was crazy!!! So in the vission of a large quantity for a show, I have perfected a princess line sloper, and will work on develping other slopers so that I can simply alter and get it done. I have a tendency to require diversity and uniqueness within each peice of a line so the simple changing a sleeve or a styleline to create variance is not good enough. My feb show had little cohesion though i could argue it differently. But the blessing of creating 20 ensembles will alow a delicious variety of cohesion. So I have decieded to sell off all my peices, probly on ebay or some sort so i can afford to buy more fabric. Corsets and all everything must go! I am very excited and soon will be launching my new lable. Till then, the drawing board.
